Once your registration has been received, our events team will contact you with the next steps and details on how we can assist.

Event Materials:
Please use the volunteer entrance and visit the volunteer window or front desk for assistance. All borrowed materials must be returned to help minimize expenses and ensure we can support other community events.

Availability:
While we do our best to accommodate every request, we cannot guarantee the availability of volunteers, staff or event materials.

Food Donations:

Please schedule your drop-off time in advance by calling 403.600.1768 to set up a time and date. Please ensure food is kept in a heated area and not left outside in extreme temperatures.

NOTE: As a beneficiary of an event, the Beyond Food Community Food Hub may request additional details in situations where multiple organizations are involved. We reserve the right to clarify to our community the specific support being provided.
